Primealux Alloys is a direct supplier and trader, not a mill or fabricator: this is the range of alloys, tempers, coatings, and processing we source and coordinate for coil orders, pulled directly from our product specs so it stays accurate as they change.

Processing
How a coil order moves through processing
- Step 1
Mill-finish coil
1xxx, 3xxx, or 5xxx alloy, sourced to spec: the base every coil order starts from.
- Step 2
Coating (if specified)
PVDF, PUPA, HDPE, PE, or epoxy applied, one side or two, in any RAL or custom color.
- Step 3
Stucco embossing (if specified)
Texture rolled in before or after coating, on mill-finish or coated coil.
- Step 4
Slitting or cut-to-length
Applied to any of the above: exact line width, or sheared to length.
Order-based fulfillment
Coil is sourced and produced per order rather than pulled from standing warehouse stock, so the alloy, temper, gauge, and finish above are confirmed to your spec at order time.
Logistics coordination
We coordinate freight and delivery timing across North America and worldwide, confirmed against your target date at the RFQ stage.
What comes with your order
Material certificates accompany every batch. Test reports and ASTM/EN references are available on request.
